Dumpster Use

Any company and/or contractor removing carpet should remove it from the premises and responsible contractors are aware of that. They can bring it to the City of Chandler dump. You should check with your contractor ahead of time to avoid a violation to be sure they will remove it and any other debris from the premises. The same goes for removing old flooring, tile, wood, drywall, boxes, etc. during construction. Owners and/or their renters will be fined for filling the dumpster(s) with construction materials because our disposal company will charge the HOA for removal.

Also, anything left outside of the dumpster will not be removed by the garbage man. That is also a violation of our rules and regulations. It's recommended that you become familiar with the rules and regulations provided at close of escrow to avoid any possible fines.

Patios & Balconies Reminder

1. No items may be hung directly on, hung over, or be attached to the walls, ceilings, railings, balconies, or perimeter walls.
2. Items that are placed inside the balcony or patio area and that are visible from the common area, adjoining property, or the street must be in good repair, not of an offensive nature, be non-commercial in purpose (with the exception of realty signs as allowed by statute), and be appropriate for use and display within an outdoor living area.
3. Balconies and patios may not be used for storage of any type, if the items being stored are visible from the common area.
4. Potted plants may be placed within (but not attached to) the perimeter walls/fences of the balcony or patio provided that they are properly maintained and that they do not cause damage to the building structure or finishes.
